The new owners of a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom apartment in the leafy streets of Randwick wanted an upgrade before moving in. The goal was a fully refurbished, highly detailed living space. This included removing the carpet flooring, demolishing the old kitchen, and taking down a wall to create an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bathrooms were upgraded, and new engineered floorboards were installed throughout.

A new kitchen with an island bench was added for an open feel. Custom joinery was installed, focusing on the bar and dining areas. A luxurious walk-in robe was also created for the master bedroom.

Nestled in Newtown's quiet streets, an early 1900s townhouse in a heritage conservation area was updated to become a dream family home. The renovation included a new kitchen and bathroom with micro cement floors and natural stone countertops for a cozy touch.

Living areas were re-rendered, and hardwood blackbutt timber flooring was added to preserve the building’s heritage. Custom pendant lighting and a modern staircase with updated handrailing completed the look. Personalized joinery in each room reflected the clients' tastes, making their first renovation truly exceptional.

Two adjoining early 1900s heritage-listed townhouses in Forest Lodge, owned by the same client, had fallen into disrepair. The goal was to update both properties by expanding living areas: widening the rear lower levels, adding two new bathrooms, and creating a new bedroom and living/study dormer room in the roof space.

The renovation was streamlined by designing the properties identically, treating them as one project. It started with demolishing internal walls and reinforcing the rear structures for the new framework.

Externally, the buildings were modernized while retaining their heritage charm. Inside, the transformation from dilapidated townhouses to a spacious, contemporary family home was achieved with impressive results.

This untouched 1960s North Bondi apartment was transformed into a chic, modern space. Outdated popcorn ceilings, minimal lighting, and original fixtures were replaced with ducted air conditioning, sleek downlights, oak-finish floors, and three-panel sliding doors. The kitchen received bespoke joinery with engineered stone and glossy splashbacks, while the bathroom was revamped with terrazzo tiles and matte black accessories.

The result is a vibrant, stylish apartment that truly stands out.
